Our made from scratch recipes, come together on our state-of-the-art food trailer, using quality ingredients with the highest standards of cleanliness, to provide you and your guests generous portions of delicious food. At time of booking a non-refundable deposit will hold your date.

Bookings less than 30 days from event date will require full payment.

All bookings must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event.

If your event is cancelled due to weather, we will work with you to establish another date.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What should we expect? We arrive about 90 minutes before your event to set up our 10' x 31' pizza trailer near your event area. Guests will be able to see us stretching dough and/ or shaving ice through our large viewing windows. We will serve up to 5 pizza varieties of your choosing, from our menu, that will be fired in our wood fired oven and served buffet or family style for your guests depending on the size of your gathering.

How much space do you need for set up? We require a level hard flat outdoor surface of at least 10' x 31' that we can pull into and unhitch from. Parking lots, driveways, paved areas are all options that work well. If ground is hard, dry, and level grass parking could be discussed.

What time will you arrive? Approximately 90 minutes prior to serving time. If needed earlier we can discuss this during booking.

What is included? Your selection of 5 pizza varieties from our menu, replenished as needed and/ or all flavors of shave ice, unless you desire only specific flavors or colors for your event. All menu choices are subject to product availability, if an item is not available we will do our best to notify you in advance. We will also provide paper plates, napkins, and plastic cutlery of our choosing. If you want other options you are welcome to provide our own.

Duration of services? Typically we arrive at least 90 minutes early, serve for 2 hours, for a total of approximately 4hours.

How far will you travel? Prices are for within 50 miles, we are happy to discuss prices for further distances that include extra travel expenses.

Do you require electricity? Although we do not require electricity, we offer a discount if you are able to provide a reasonably close electrical outlet for us to plug in (220 volts and 50 amps). If no outlet is provided, we will power up with our quiet diesel generator.

How is the pizza served? Pizza will be served buffet style on the table of your choosing, we suggest having a stable serving table(s) at least 8' in length or longer. In certain event venues a runner would be necessary (additional fee required) such as:

Larger events
If desiring guests to have pizza brought directly to their tables and not doing a buffet line
If the parking area for the trailer is some distance from the buffet table

What happens if it rains? Wood Fired Pizza and Hawaiian Shave Ice still taste great on rainy days and not to worry our trailer is enclosed and equip to handle some rain. We would suggest a tent for the buffet line to be set up if service will be outdoors.
